Returns & Exchange Policy
Returning an item is easy and can be done any time within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you decide to return any item(s) it must reach us in its original state with original invoice and as soon as possible within the 14 day remit. On receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. Delivery costs will not be refunded. It would be the customers responsibility to ensure the returned items are not damaged in transit to us and is returned using appropriate packaging.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

For hygiene and safety reasons we will not be able to refund or exchange earrings purchased online or offline.
Incorrect addresses & undelivered packages
If a package is returned as undelivered to due to mistakes in shipping information provided, you, the customer, will be responsible for the additional shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package.
